In the event of a breakdown - you simply call our FREEPHONE Recovery Hotline - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we will send one of our fully Qualified Engineers to come and assist you.  We have more recovery vehicles per customer than any other provider in this area and our average response time is under 60 minutes. 

 

AJ Mobility Ltd will immediately attempt to fix the breakdown but if we can′t we will arrange for a taxi to take you home and either return your mobility product to with you or take it to our workshop for further repair.
